Who we are

Emergent Healthcare provides healthcare outsourcing services to medical organizations. This policy describes how this website collects and uses personal information. It applies to the website only; the data we process on behalf of clients under service agreements is governed by those agreements and the applicable healthcare regulations.

Information we collect

Contact and consultation forms: name, organization, email, phone and the message you write to us.

Newsletter: your email address and language preference.

Technical data: with your consent, analytics tools (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) collect usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, used only in aggregate to improve the site.

Protected health information (PHI)

This website is not a channel for medical information. Our forms explicitly instruct visitors not to enter patient health information, and we do not knowingly collect PHI through the site. In our services for clients, PHI is handled under HIPAA (U.S.) and GDPR (EU) within documented compliance frameworks and the corresponding agreements.

How we use your information

To respond to your consultation request, prepare a proposal and communicate with you about our services; to send the resources you subscribed to; and to operate and improve this website. We do not sell personal information.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (forms, newsletter, analytics), the steps needed to enter into a contract with you (consultation requests), and our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.

Sharing and processors

Your data is processed by service providers acting on our instructions: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), email delivery, and analytics (Google). We share personal information with no one else, unless required by law.

Retention

Consultation requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up and as our records require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires.

Cookies and consent

Analytics and marketing tags load only after you give consent through the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time from the banner settings.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
